Well I had to bit the bullet and do some bra shopping. I do not like trying them on in store so I bought 3 to try at home and none fit properly. Needless to say I am pissed about that. Now I will have to return them and either try them on in store or bring them home and see if they fit. I am thinking about going to a professional bra place where they measure you and help you select the right style for you type. Guys are so lucky they do not have to worry about this stuff. I have to get some because my last two bras are giving up the ghost. I have not bought any in 10 years so I guess my size has changed.
It is such a lovely day today but I have stuff to do inside so I will not be able to enjoy it much. I would hang the laundry out on the line but it is still too muddy in the back yard. I starting to think about what to do about that backyard to make it nicer. If I could I would like to dig it all up, level it out and reseed the whole thing. I am not sure how long that would take but I may get an estimate to rent a rototiller and maybe an estimate from a landscaping company. Or maybe just sell and buy a house with a yard I like. Decisions, decisions.

Well yesterday we had little one on three meetings at work. It was you, the two owners of the company and the human resources/office manager. They wanted it know if you had any concerns with anything or anybody. I raised a few issues and asked a few questions. The big thing is the plant manager said at Christmas last year that he is going to retire at the end of 2008. They decided to split his work up between the office manager and have a guy in the plant do maintence. Well the plant manager changed his mind about retiring as he does not have enough money to retire. Would you not figure out that before announcing you are retiring?? I asked when do we go to him for stuff and who do we go to for putting in for our holidays etc. I was told that the so called plant manager is just there to move things and to get stuff we need, other then that we see the woman in the office.
The second part of the meeting was about the cameras and how I felt about them. I told them I did not care about it one way or another. I thought to myself, if I had a problem with the cameras it would not matter, they would still install them. I was told a long time ago by someone I respect to pick your battles. I do not have any strong feelings about the cameras so to me it is a non-issue. The plant manager told the owners that everyone was pissed off and there would be a lot of problems if the cameras are installed. Guess he is eating his words because it seems with the exception of one or two people, no one cares about the whole issue. I guess I will have to see what the rest of the week brings.

there is a local radio station that does a listener survey every week. You vote on 40 songs or so and give it a rating. They give away a couple of CDs every time. I have done this thing for o few years and even did a big one for them that I got paid $50.00 for. This time the two CDs they were giving away were at opposites ends of the spectrum for me. One I wanted, one I am not fond of the band. I actually won the one I liked. The other person got the one I wasn't fond of. Yayy
I am so glad that it the week-end. I am starting to get so tired of the drama with my work. The bosses are putting in video cameras in the place and some people are really upset about it. The thing is, the plant manager is retiring so they decided that we no longer need one. His duties will be split between two other people. One guy will be fixing machines and the woman in the office will handle employee problems, delegating work etc. Both of them will be better then the guy who is currently in charge. He is the only plant manager I know who seems to spend a lot of time out of the plant doing personal things. The first nice day of the year he will come in but make an excuse to take off before first break. I really get along with the one in the office because she has always been my go to person when I have a problem with a customer order.
My thing is, I have no problem with the cameras. I am thinking that the people that do are the ones that will be caught doing stuff other then their jobs. Standing around talking etc will finally be brought under control, that is if the head guys grow a set. They keep saying they see it but not once have they stepped in and put a stop to it. The just do a blanket warning to everyone instead of taking the offenders aside and warning them. They say they are gong to start enforcing rules but then they do not. It has gotten to be a big joke. The lunatics are running the asylum. Am I perfect? No way but I keep things to a minimum. I am too busy to stand and talk for half an hour. I really hate it when some of the ones bitching about other people are just as bad. I feel like saying to them to look in a mirror.
That is it for today. I will try and post later this week-end
